The Kingdom of North Barchant pays much attention to development of scientific activity, supports various research projects and independent research centers. In view of this, the Kingdom established the Center for Humanitarian Research of North Barchant. The activities of the Center are to organize and conduct a wide range of research, organize scientific events, as well as popularize the results among the citizens of the Kingdom.

By order of Her Majesty Queen Anna Macco, a chief editor of "Herald of Pedagogy and Psychology of South Siberia" scientific journal, candidate of psychological sciences, RAE professor, Leonid Chuprov was acknowledged for his enormous contribution to development of international scientific communication, arrangement of applied and fundamental scientific research and development of education in psychology. A letter of appreciation signed by Her Majesty Queen Anna Macco was sent to the Russian scientist.
