👤 The Minister of Posts and Communications is Valery Sushkov, a researcher, postal historian and documentation specialist. He is responsible for organising postal events, flash mobs, festivals, postal reconstructions and discoveries for the Scientific Foundation of the Russian Geographical Society. 

🎬 Our Minister of Posts is a unique person with many talents. In 2022, Valery directed the documentary "The Man and the Samovar". This work was his debut as a film director and screenwriter. A few days ago, this very documentary was announced as the winner of the VII International Film Festival Travel Film Fest. We are genuinely proud of Valery and congratulate him!
